Acid Victim

In 2004 a 34 year old woman was attacked by a man seeking revenge for the fact that she rejected his marriage proposal. Based on the Islamic Law she was allowed to also seek revenge on him by dropping four drops of acid in his eye and he would also have to pay her back the money for her facial reconstruction.

At the last minute she chose to spare him and because of that he not only kept his eye but also did not have to pay her money, he was very thankful of her and said she was very generous.

Her whole face was damaged and at first she had 40% vision but she then lost all of it.
